"A beachside refuge from the crowds."

The location and staff are lovely. I enjoyed the rooftop terrace and was grateful for the kitchenette. I liked walking up to the little cliffside church and the ancient city of Thera from here. It was great to be so close to the ocean on these hot days.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was spacious and had nice outdoor area as well, plus the top benefit of being located 1 min from the beach (but still peaceful and quiet). Even in April there were enough restaurants, bakeries and cafes open so we did not lack for anything. There is a bus stop close by, but we had a car which made Perissa the perfect place for exploring the whole island and combining seeing Oia and Fira with some towns on the inside of the island and of course - also the beach :)

The rooms were more than spacious with everything you might need for a short stay. Each comes with their own little outside space with a chair/lounger which was a nice addition. The location is fantastic with the beach being less than 20 meters away from your room.

"Exceptional"

We loved everything. The whole apartment was very spacious. It had everything you may need for a couple days of stay. Big spacious wardrobe, comfortable beds, big kitchen fully equipped. WiFi signal was excellent. The property is like 10 meters away from the beach and tavernas and bars. Very close also to the bus stop. And the main thing Alexandra is one of the nicest hosts we ever met!!!

I liked the privacy, the kindnes of the people who work for Thera Incognita and who mannage to make the stay very delightfull! They clean your appartment/studio every day what is very nice because you are always bringing sand from the sea.Alexandra is a very kind and polute host who is there anytime you need help or you have questions.Clean loundry sheets and towels everyday.The possibility to ask for help anytime of the day! Thank you.

"Great choice to stay in Perissa a stone's throw from the sea!"

Perfect location to visit Perissa beach (40 m from the sea).Complex of traditional Greek houses with a large terrace and patio very clean and well-kept. Very simple but refined interior.Very frequent cleaning of outdoor and indoor areas.Super kindness of the host!

"Beautiful April Days in Perissa"

The owner Alexandra is super kind and very helpful.The place is very child friendly. And in the studio me and the two little ones had a very good space. Even for four people it would have been enough.Nicely decorated and the beds very comfortable. It was cleaned regularly and that was really good. The kitchen was large, very good for a family with children.The private terrace is big enough, with plenty of seats and there was also a place to hang up the wet things.We traveled in April, perfect as there were not so many tourists.We didn't even have a minute to the beach. Just across the street and then you already realized by the sea.The restaurants were great, the bars too, and there were some souvenir shops.

"A wonderful place for a romantic vacation"

Wonderful place, very atmospheric and romantic. Excellent location! The owner is very friendly and nice. If I came to Santorini again, I would like to stay here again. Good service: we arrived late, around 11 pm, and a girl was waiting for us to give us the keys. On the day of departure, Mrs. Aleksandra let us stay for 2 hours later, for which we thank her. It was also very nice to use the free sunbeds on the beach. The studio itself is very comfortable and beautiful. From the balcony there is a view of the sea and the sunrise.
